Guest Post Agreement for WP Customer Service

By submitting a guest post to WP Customer Service, you (the Contributor) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure that both parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities regarding submission, publication, and potential removal of your guest post.

1. Copyright and Ownership

1.1 Ownership: The Contributor retains copyright but grants WP Customer Service a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, distribute, and promote the content across our website, social media, and newsletters.

1.2 Exclusivity: The content must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and cannot be republished without prior written consent.

2. Content Submission

2.1 Content Quality: Posts must be high-quality, well-researched, and error-free, aligning with our Guest Post Guidelines.

2.2 Right to Edit: WP Customer Service may edit for clarity, grammar, SEO, and formatting. Major changes will be discussed with the Contributor.

2.3 No Affiliate Links: Posts must not include affiliate or commercial promotional links unless explicitly approved.

3. Publication and Promotion

3.1 Publication Timing: Posts are reviewed and may be published at our discretion. Responses are typically within 7–10 business days.

3.2 No Compensation: Contributions are unpaid. Guest posts are published for exposure, not monetary reward.

3.3 Promotion Rights: WP Customer Service may promote posts on social media, email newsletters, or other channels.

4. Links and SEO

4.1 Link Policy:

  • Links must go to authoritative, trusted websites.
  • Affiliate and overly promotional links are not allowed.

4.2 SEO Guidelines: Contributors must use SEO best practices with natural keyword usage. Keyword stuffing is prohibited.

5. Content Removal

5.1 Right to Remove: WP Customer Service may remove content if it becomes outdated, irrelevant, or no longer aligns with guidelines.

5.2 Notice of Removal: Contributors will be notified via email if content is removed. Decisions are final.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Accuracy of Information: Contributors must ensure factual accuracy. WP Customer Service is not liable for errors or misrepresentations.

6.2 Indemnity: Contributors agree to indemnify WP Customer Service against claims, damages, or expenses from inaccurate or plagiarized content.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Agreement

8.1 Breach of Terms: WP Customer Service may terminate this agreement and remove posts if terms are violated.

8.2 Voluntary Withdrawal: Contributors may withdraw before publication. Once published, withdrawal is not permitted.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting a guest post, you confirm that you have read and understood both the Guest Post Guidelines and this Agreement, and you agree to all terms.
